Struktureit is a quantity and building surveying consultancy serving to citizens, architectural firms and types of developers, acting mainly in the fields of AEC industry.
Our team is formed by a group of professionals with the strength and the illusion of a guaranteed work, and with the building and engineering knowledge and the expertise to proceed from the acquired experience.
A team of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, building surveyors, building engineers and lawyers, in constant learning, are at your service with the efficiency and professionalism necessary to solve any type of building project with personalized attention.
Struktureit gathers a team that has developed projects within the residential and industrial sector, both in the drafting of projects and in the execution of works and installations, completing an integral service.
We have acted in the areas of building rehabilitation, residential buildings, industrial buildings and industrial use.
FOUNDER
Graduated in building engineering at the University of Seville, with experience in Spain, Colombia (Bogotá) and England (Liverpool) during the last 15 years.
Throughout his professional career he has played different roles such as Structural CAD Technician in Spain and England, Assistant construction manager, construction manager, facilities management in business activity projects in Spain; tendering, estimating and ensuring the project during the project stage.
Since he has come back to Spain, after 8 years abroad, he settled in Mallorca (Inca) acquiring a wide experience as site manager during two years.
He started up the company Struktureit with the aim of structuring the objectives and projects of developers and architects.
SKILLS
We help in the selection of the company that will carry out the work, analyzing prices, deadlines and making a comparison between the different bidders, which will allow us to propose the most appropriate company for the execution of the work. We control the material execution of the work, as well as all the documentation for its execution. We control the cost from the beginning of the work, to avoid economic deviations with respect to the initial budget. We control the time of execution of the work, to prevent it from being delayed in time.
We coordinate the Health and Safety of the work. In short, we try that the iron triangle is not deformed in scope, cost or time. We continuously advise our client from our experience and technical knowledge. We provide a wide range of technicians for the development, planning, contracting and execution of your project. Likewise, we help the client to manage and develop the integral reform and / or housing project with a wide range of professionals working side by side to achieve the objectives.
We advise construction companies to manage the contracting, execution and documentation that the execution of a work entails. In the same way, we help the construction manager to manage the contracting, manage the execution deadlines and manage the economic planning of the work, all this so that both the final client, the promoter and the builder, are completely satisfied with the work done.
