Why a quantity surveyor or technical architect?
Technical Architecture is a profession with several centuries of history. It includes the functions of those formerly known as quantity surveyors and/or master builders, whose active presence in the construction process of buildings has been documented since the 16th century. Being professional experts in building, we are the indicated
for the phases of the building process controlling the quality, time,
safety and sustainability.
Our education and training allows us to perform different roles such as: execution management, health and safety coordinators, project managers, appraisals, real estate valuations, reports and inspections. As defined in Struktureit, we are the doctors of the buildings.
